THE BREATH CONNECTS EVERYTHING

Breath relates to all of the activities of your life. Your ability to work, think, sleep, meditate, exercise or interact with others is in some way dependent on your breath. Consciously engaging with the breath and exploring new breathing patterns will empower you to effect immediate positive physiological change in all of the systems of your body, boost your energy, manage your stress, balance your emotions and strengthen your connection to Spirit.
