A Whole Self Approach to Nutrition & Meditation

Our lifestyle choices lay the foundation for our health, including our quality of mind. This course will expand your definition of nutrition to include all of things that you take into the body through the five senses. We will dive deep into how nourishment of the mind, body and soul plan allows us to be clear, connected and heart directed in our meditation practices.
